Returns & Exchanges Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we accept returns of full-priced products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in brand-new condition, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Please note: custom orders, discounted items, and purchases made with promotional codes cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Shipping costs, courier charges, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at contact@noninoatelier.com to request a return.
- If your request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions for sending your item back.
- Please do not send items back without contacting us first — these will not be accepted.
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether it has been approved or declined.
For approved returns, we can issue store credit or an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
- Both the returned item and any replacement will be shipped at the customer’s expense.
- An 8% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
To protect your return during transit:
- Package the item carefully.
- Use a tracked courier service and keep your proof of postage.
- Do not place courier labels directly on the product’s original box.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us right away at contact@noninoatelier.com
- Faulty returns are only accepted if the item was damaged or defective when you received it.
- Normal wear and tear will not be considered a fault.
- Returns of faulty items should be arranged promptly so that we can hold a replacement for you.
- If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the value of your purchase.
- For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the courier cost of the return and replacement.
If your order was damaged in transit, please keep the original packaging and take photos of the product and packaging. This will help us resolve the issue quickly.
