Shipping Policy

Delivery timeframe: Orders are shipped with tracking and typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

Shipping rates: Calculated automatically at checkout.

Address restrictions: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or freight forwarding addresses. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before confirming your order, as we cannot reroute packages once dispatched.

Free shipping: Available on all orders over NZD 150.

International orders & duties: Prices do not include import duties, taxes, or other fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping eligibility: If we are unable to ship to your address after purchase, we will contact you directly to discuss alternatives.

Incorrect delivery: If your order is delivered to the wrong address, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can file a claim or arrange redelivery. Claims made after this period cannot be accommodated.
